I picked up one of those small Woman's Weekly cookbooks a couple of days ago as I thought it might go with my collection.
What an inspiring book, so many ideas to use to develop recipes to my taste and to adapt them to being done on different types of BBQs and using different methods. It really put a spark in my warning enthusiasm.
Going to try a few different lamb rib recipes inspired by beef and pork recipes in the book. Lamb ribs cook quick and are flavoursome. Will cook them in a bag with a spicy BBQ sauce/glaze. Will also try them with a spicy sticky rub.
