Chicken Schnitzels
« on: August 12, 2017, 07:54:09 AM »
Heh,

The weather in Perth is appalling at the moment, series of fronts coming in off the Indian Ocean so no BBQ for me this weekend.

I'm sort of resigned to my bins winding up down Mandurah way although they did survive upright last night :)

So tonight having found large chicken schnitzels, large ones, for $2.50 each at Coles decided those in the oven with roast potatoes, par boiled, sliced onion - doing that in a foil pouch, not ideal but it does work, mixed veg from the radar range and a gravy would work rather well for what promises to be a rather rough weather night.

It's all on now ready to go, looks pretty good.

:)

Cheers

Sounds good Chrisg, :)
I cooked crumbed chicken schnitzels the other night in the oven. Put Billy the Greeks secret sauce and Colby cheese on top for the last three minutes. Unreal  :)

cheers.
