Cue'in Buffalo Wings
« on: July 02, 2017, 11:35:48 PM »
Hi All,

Thought I would buy some plain chicken wings and have ago at making Buffalo marinade . I marinated them for 24hrs .
They turned out nice and crispy and juicy inside. I took them to about 85c to 90c internal like Smokey mentioned once, so much better.

Ps...... I have re read some post on wings and Smokey says take them to 73c, I dont know where I got the 85c t0 90c from. But hey they turned good ;D Im going to keep to that temp.

G/Day Dave,
I went 1/8 cup of Franks Hot sauce instead of a 1/4 cup, didn't want it to hot.
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup of lime juice
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Paprika
2 tbsp of honey
Mixed and put in a zip lock bag with the chicken.
