Not made them in a few years, never owned a stuffer, must be the only gadget not in the cupboard :)

I just got casings from my friendly butcher and made them by hand, messy, but the kids loved them :)

Great work Hoddo, Its a big recipe and I would suspect 10kg is on the value mark to make it worthwhile. I'd love to give this a go,  All I need is some of those butchers ingredients listed.
